| 1973 | H&K Co., Ltd. was established in Kozaki-machi, Katori County, Chiba Prefecture with the purpose of producing polyurethane resin in a joint venture of Heisen Yoko Co., Ltd. and Impatex Co., Ltd. (Switzerland). Started the production of Hei-Ad adhesives for automotive batteries by adopting the blending technique of Häger und Kassner, Inc. (Germany). |
