Hei-Nate Isocyanate products

The isocyanate product "Hei-Nate" offers a lineup of isocyanate-terminated prepolymer and isocyanate blend materials. In addition to existing grades, we will also develop and manufacture custom-made isocyanate products that meet customers' wishes. Isocyanate-terminated prepolymer is a polymer obtained by reacting a polyol with an excess of polyisocyanate. The changes of the characteristics such as the presence or absence of yellowing due to ultraviolet rays or heat, color tone, reactivity, hardness, chemical resistance, and hydrophilicity are enabled by means of changing the type and molecular weight of the polyol and isocyanate.

Main applications

Curing agent (adhesive, elastomer, foam, paint, potting material, etc.) for two-component polyurethane resin which reacts with polyols
Curing agent (spray coating, waterproofing, reinforcement, etc.) for two-component polyurea resin which reacts with polyamines
Adhesive, primer and binder for rubber chips, for which the property of moisture curing is fully utilized
